Virginija Tatarcuk, Pallet Transportation Team Leader at Girteka, is a very active person, with many hobbies and different interests. She is an avid reader who spends a lot of time in both the Girteka Park library and public libraries or book shops. She also loves playing the piano and spending a lot of time on the dance floor, practicing Reggaeton, Dancehall, Salsa and Bachata.
Virginija entered a professional career path at Girteka during her studies, encouraged by a colleague: “When I was still a student, I was talking to a fellow student, and she said: “So what are you doing? Come to Girteka, it is really cool, you will love it. Plus, you always want to grow,” she says, “and here at Girteka, we have endless opportunities for development.” So now it is my fifth year here and I am still growing and still improving,” says Virginija.
Virginija works in customer service at the European Department. She strives to provide excellent service to customers, as she always pays close attention to the level of service that she receives herself when in a shop or a café. Virginija says that customer service is very important to her as she believes it can leave a lasting impression and determine whether a customer returns. Virginija is passionate about being a part of the logistics industry, which provided a chance for her to pursue a career in customer service.
