Girteka Logistics, largest asset-based logistics company in Europe, has a new Commercial Director. Mindaugas Pasilauskas took up this position on January 2, 2026.
Pasilauskas has more than 6 years of experience in the Girteka Group. In 2019, he joined the group’s subsidiary Class Trucks, where he served as CEO for four years, reorganizing sales, operations and administrative structures, and successfully expanding international operations in Lithuania, the Netherlands, Spain, and Poland. Later, Pasilauskas became Girteka’s CEO, and most recently served as Chief Revenue Officer.
“Mindaugas’ strong experience in international markets and deep understanding of the company’s operations will help strengthen partnerships with customers and lead our commercial team. With more than 25 years of leadership experience over his career, Pasilauskas specializes in strategy development, commercial and sales management, digital solutions implementation, customer portfolio management, and operations optimization.
